It took us by surprise how fantastic the food tasted at Dos Caminos. Located in the Palazzo Las Vegas, this Mexican restaurant features cuisine that is at the top of our list of reasons why we love this resort hotel and casino. The restaurant offers many choices, including signature dishes such as Grilled and Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos, Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano, and Lamb Shank Barbacoa. Dos Caminos is also known for its brunch menu, which includes the Mexican Benedict and Dos Caminos Rancheros. The mere taste of this establishment’s tortilla chips and salsa will foreshadow that of the excellent-quality food being prepared for your table.
