Here we go again. Our taste-testing team was given the grueling task of sampling some “casual” Mexican food at the legendary Hussong’s Cantina, located in the shopping area of The Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino. Finally a restaurant that sets itself apart from the competition, for where else can you find a place with an atmosphere that warms you to the bone as much as its food? With such a great display of character from the staff, able to adapt to the customer’s every need, it is safe to say that in reference to Hussong’s, “A family that works well together stays together.” With an array of different appetizers and distinctive main courses, you will find yourself hoping that the meal will never end. Between Chef Noe Alcala and his staff serving great meals and the Mariachi band playing for the crowd, Hussong’s strikes a good balance between food and entertainment.
